Terms of Service

Last updated: August 14, 2026

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Reaity and govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services. By using Reaity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Reaity. You must provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your Google account and devices, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

The service

Reaity provides tools for organizing, branding, editing, generating, exporting, and publishing real-estate marketing content. Features may change, improve, be limited, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that third-party integrations will remain compatible.

Acceptable use

You may not use Reaity to violate law or another person's rights; upload content you do not have permission to use; create deceptive, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or unlawful material; distribute malware; interfere with security or service operation; scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law permits; evade limits; or help another person do any of these things. We may investigate and restrict conduct that threatens Reaity, users, or third parties.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos, logos, listing information, text, and other content you submit. You grant Reaity a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, modify, display, transmit, and create technical derivatives of that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service and the actions you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your content and its use.

AI features

AI-generated or AI-edited output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing output before using or publishing it, including checking factual claims, fair-housing compliance, intellectual-property rights, image accuracy, and platform rules. Reaity does not provide legal, real-estate, appraisal, or professional advice.

Third-party services

Reaity depends on third-party services and may let you connect external accounts. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, policy changes, or actions taken through an account you direct Reaity to use.

Paid features

Reaity may introduce paid plans or features. Before charging you, we will disclose the applicable price, billing period, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation process. Displayed previews or placeholder pricing do not create a commitment to offer a plan at that price.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Reaity at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment for a future paid service, or respond to a material or repeated violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reaity is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or loss-free operation or that output will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reaity and its operators, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Reaity during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reaity and its operators, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not subject to a legally required alternative forum will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will post the revised Terms here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
